The Plot
It is said that it is difficult to sell a house if some dirty deed has been committed there. Many try to avoid living space with a bad reputation, because this is an unfortunate superstition. Someone is in a hurry to pocket a house, because they will reduce the price on it. But even such lovers of freebies and profit soon run to terminate the contract. Luke is well aware that there are haunted buildings, and he specializes in selling such options. He doesn't try to cast out spirits because he's completely incompetent. But he tries to disguise the traces of their existence on the territory, not to show this unattractive side to the guests. He is not the only agent who agrees to such tricks. Moreover, Luke does not even feel ashamed of what kind of house he sold to naive good people. And who said that ghosts are bad neighbors?
