The Plot
The Dutton family experienced all the delights of a Western. Together they survived a drought, as well as prohibition, which crippled them even more than the bad natural conditions. After all this, the Great Depression also tried to crush them, but the family was not going to succumb to general despondency. Not to say that they are completely good-natured - the matriarchal head of the family, for example, can without hesitation kill the person who was tracking down her relatives. And in general, they hunt big game, which has made the sight of raw, skinned meat and liters of blood a common thing for them. Together they try not to become bitter and survive in any harsh realities. For example, children suffer from Catholic bullying and lack of money.
