The Plot
Mike is not surprised that he is called "mayor", although, of course, he was never elected, and did not have the necessary skills and rights to do so. However, it is he who regulates urban conflicts tied to bias, racism, and banditry. He understands that everyone is wrong - rich detectives, aggressive police officers, and criminals who are sure that they will get tripled for any sin. However, his mother does not approve of his game of justice, and his younger brother wants to move in general so that this burden is not inadvertently shifted onto him. Sometimes it seems to Mike that he does not live in the city, but in some kind of vinaigrette, because on the streets you can meet and collect combos from all the stereotypes of crime films.
